Robyne Report 25 Aug 2005 07:31

Hi, the majority of my ancestors (in fact all of them i think!) were born in Newcastle/Yorkshire/ Suffolk areas. I live in Southampton so that makes it really difficult to go to the records office, so i was wondering if there is anything that is worth buying esp for BMD early 1800's and before.

What about trying your local LDS family History Centre? I think it is near Bassett Road by the Uni. For a small fee they will get microfiches for you to examine.
