Could you please advise me regarding a problem with my tree. On checking my tree details today I saw a name I know I have not added. When I try to access this name a box saying invalid url pops up. If I try to go back another generation, the name disappears but so do any offspring and I cannot access any other family members without closing the tree and re opening it. Any advise please? |
