I'm looking for a fairly recent article, published online somewhere at one of the major genealogy websites, about researching your Irish Ancestors. It had a black and white photo of the Four Courts building; anyone know the link please?

Also, whilst we're on the subject, does anyone know of a similar article that would include an explaination of what parts of the Irish Censuses still survive?
