Ellen, hiya. usually the County Court of your district or area have a probate office where you can enquire and they will help. here in LPOOL you can go into the High Court Probate section and look through microfiche for wills up to date maybe 6 months ago, and you can from there fill in a form and order a copy, the cost used to be £5 but probably gone up since I last ordered one 3d years ago. Any older wills up to 1945 can be searched at the LIVERPOOL RECORDS OFFICE, not the wills but aa reference number and a small bit of info. TED.

See the research tip on the home page: 'Wills after 1858' I'm pretty sure this applies to wills up to the present day.
