Because GR won't.........why am I no longer getting an e.mail to tell me I have new messages and why when I try to access the New Names e.mails that I am getting I am asked to register and then log in ? Confused in Sussex |

You haven't by any chance changed your email address have you without letting GR know? If not, then there is no reason for not getting emails. Kath. x |

Thanks for replies - neither of the above apply. It seems to have begun after I renewed my membership. Oh well I'll try asking them again :o( |

Had'nt thought of that - and guess what a) I don't know my old one and b) hav'nt a clue how to find out. Everything else works Ok, except the site is still painfully slow, thats why I don't appear very often nowadays |
