how do you add checking refs to cert orders thanks

I am trying to order certs but as I have had a few wrong am trying to put extra checking points on like Fathers name but the form that appears is already filled in and there is no extra spaces for what I want to do , help |

Sorry Valerie, I've only ever ordered through the GRO site, so I can't help with 1837online, as I don't know how their ordering works. Kath. x |
