I imagine it means there was no one eligible to vote - but it might mean the house wasn't there then, or has been renumbered. Far fewer people were eligible to vote in those days. nell

Does anyone know that if a house isn't listed, but those around it are, does it mean that no one was at that address or just that no one was eligible to vote at that time? Thanks Simone x
