Information Given on Birth Certificates

Hi Just a quick query, does anyone know if the mothers maiden name was included on birth certificates issued in 1870/71 Many thanks LL

I have an original 1865 and yes the Ma's maiden name was there, so probably same in 1870. Jan xx
