I know some people dont like but I have just updated some records and it was so easy much nicer than the old method

Hi Its brilliant except that it keeps sticking tonight which means you have to come out of it and then go back into before you can see if the information has been accepted. I suppose its allowed a slow day just like the rest of us!!! LL

compared to their message boards its speedy I get fed up with getting error messages and blank screens dont you ???

I've been unable to use it from home at all. - where i'm on Mac. Just tried it in the office on the PC and its really whizzy. Hope it's not that it's incompatible with Mac becuase if so there's not really any point in my staying joined to genes if I can't use the tree function.

Zoe I am sooo glad i have found someone who is having trouble with the new tree,i was able to get into the new version up till 2 weeks ago since then i have managed to get in twice. I use a PC the page comes up tells me how many people i have in my tree but will not display the tree. Give Genes Support there due they have been very good and are still looking into it for me. Val
