Just to let everyone know, I have placed my order, without any problems at all, you don't have to register or 'join' anything, just shop, it also takes all major credit/debit cards, it will worth a look......thanks Dawn........Lilly ps only little problem was you have to type in 'I accept' the terms and conds. which states, we can't do any look ups, sorry guys, but they are as cheap as chips to buy, anyway lol

Further to my previous reply... Tried 5 or 6 times to place order, addresses still would not show on final HSBC confirmation screen. Decided to go for it, as I was not spending a huge amount. Everything went as normal. I got my reciept and my confirmation email with all details correct - including addresses. I now await my CD's. Derek

I don't particularly remember registering, but I think I must have done at some point because I didn't have to go through all the filling-in process (address etc) for my last order. I've never found it to be an intrusive site - I certainly don't get lots of junk e-mails from them. Christine

Hello I'm glad you put this up - I was thinking I should have done so before. As for the ordering process... I have ordered some census CDs - they aren't normally included in these discount offers - and my order went through in the normal way. The HSBC screen had all my info in place. Christine

Just tried to purchase some CD's, all goes well until the HSBC screen to confirm all my details comes up. My delivery address and credit card address are both missing. Anyone else having this problem, or is this normal? I don't want to confirm the order not knowing if they have my delivery address or not. I have emailed them and I await a reply, but I may not receive one in time for the discount as it is the weekend. Derek
