Sorry, guys. I know this isn't a tip. But I'm off to Norfolk next week, I've booked my seat in the Record Office, I've ordered the documents which I hope will break down a brickwall, and I'm just sooooooo excited, as I've not done any proper Norfolk research since fire destroyed the old building in 1994. |

Brenda I am very excited for you and hope they live up to expectations! If you stumble across the name of my illegitimate great-grandmother's father in your travels I will be very pleased [heavy sarcasm!] And take some time out to visit the cathedral - my grandfather sang there when he was a boy - and walked umpteen miles there and back to do so! nell |
