Hi Michelle, census dates are as follows: 7 June 1841 30 March 1851 7 April 1861 2 April 1871 3 April 1881 5 April 1891 31 March 1901 Lib

Basic info about genealogical resources, including when censuses were taken and where to look for certs, etc is on the Getting Started part of this website. But GR have buried their treasure. You have to go to the homepage and scroll down to find it. I have suggested to GR several times that they make this section more prominent. nell
