I am having problems with the new version of Family tree. I have been using it since it first appeared,i went in and entered some more names last week and then it disappeared,then on Monday it reappeared and i went in and altered some dates and it went again, i contacted support and they said to check my brouser which i have done.Then on Monday it came back and i went in and updated some of my names and hey presto it went again. I can get the page up see the demo,see all my names in the tree, it tell me i have 133 people in my tree,the only thing is at the top it should say Tree Builder andd TREE VIEWER but i only have tree builder but i cannot even get into that. Anyone else having this problem or can help me. Seem to be hitting my head against a brick wall with Genes Support . Val

I didn't know there was a tree viewer - I've got 'tree builder' and 'take tour' tabs. Looking at demo, I see the other tab for 'tree viewer' How do we access.

Hi Christine I was looking on the demo and thought that was what was missing from my page ...but obviously not . Your tree should come up automaticly should,nt it ? But WHAT is Tree viewer then????? i thought this was to VIEW TREE !!!!!!!!! Val

Have asked Support team for support!!!! If you click the 'My Ancestors' immediately to the left of this, a tree appears, but only for your ancestors.

Hi I only have tree builder and tour aswell. This sounds to me like you may have more than one tree - but is that possible? Vikki xx

Hi Christine and Vickie Thanks for your replies on my page i only get Tree Builder and if i click on the space next to it the Demo comes up. This is all fine ,and yes i can see my tree if i click on My Ancestors but all i want is to view my tree in the new version Grrrrrrrrr. I would have thought Gr could make my tree visible or tell me how i could start a new one. Val

Found way to view tree, but it links to old format. On new system, click on view printer friendly link and a tree appears, useful if trying to do tree of partner! Only just find that link, so if 'older' eyes are sighing, sorry! (Some of us are not very confident at experimentation) Christine

So, reply from Support Team told me to click on 'My Family Tree', in the green panel on the left. Did that, yes a tree appears, but it doesn't show the whole thing!!! That's what we're asking about -gggggrrrr The case continues!!
