a problem with the ancestry site images...

Has anyone else tried to access an image, paid for it and then been shown a completely irrelevant image? I have emailed them but I was so excited to find my first 'Lunatic' that I am really disappointed and frustrated. I finally find the relative that I have the most in common with and can I read her images? NO! and the worst thing was that I only had one credit left and just got the 1901 image of her. Sob! Growl! Abigail Give some details, I'll try and find on Ancestry if you like - see if I can get the image up. PM me the details in case I go to bed LOL I'll do it through my FTM, that might help. Jan x |
