I have written so many emails to GR and am getting no assistance. All I receive is an email stating they are aware of the problem and to keep trying, Estelle even imported my gedcom for me and said it was successful but a week later I am still the only person. I have now asked to cancel my membership and that I would like a refund and have had no reply, how convenient!! Arghhhhhhhhhhhh Danielle

My tree has completely disappeared! I've had no internet access for over a month and during that time it has 'gone'. I've been advised that I must have deleted it but not sure how I did that when I've not been able to access the site!

You may have done this already, but make sure the info for yourself as the tree owner in GR matches that of you in the gedcom you are trying to import. If names and dates differ it won't import it. If this is the problem then I experienced it too but was able to sort it out almost immediately and my tree appeared within minutes. Of course, I might be talking about something different! Jonathan

This may not apply to you, but I found that I could not import my new gedcom using Mozilla Firefox as my browser, but I could when I used Internet Explorer. Tina
