My certificate still not arrived . Advice please

I sent off for two certificates at the same time. One arrived last Wednesday dead on the date and the other still hasn't come yet. Postman has been this morning. Never had this happen before how long do you think I should wait before I contact them? Linda |

Ring them. They'll send another. They did that with me when mine got lost in the post. Ironically, the day after I rang them, the original cert turned up lol |

Panic not, dont assume they did the certs on the same day. i ordered 3 certs on the web,and the 3 of them were sorted on different days. |

Linda When I've ordered certs and only one has come, it usually means there is some problem in finding the other one. I'd wait a couple more days and then contact them. nell |

When this has happened to me it has meant that the cert was poor copy and they send it to be rewritten. Email them. |

My copy of a marriage certificate never arrived on the given date. I waited a week and telephoned them with the order number and they arranged to send my another copy that came after a few days. No problem. Good luck Irene |
