what info is on a Jewish Grave???

Well despite finding a Jewish ancestor of my husband's on the Jewish gen site and a very kind person going to check out the grave, he found NOTHING so I guess the info is about the same as on all our non-Jewish graves! nell |

If you play around on Jewish gen site you may find what you want. You need to register, which is free, and then you can search for your ancestor amongst all the Jewish genealogists' files. Or his birth might be in the Jewish Chronicle, some bits of which are online. Or if you put his name and details on here, someone might be able to find him!!! nell |
