Thanks Dea There used to be a page on here where you could look at a surname, then search for all those born in a place for example begining with B and all the places were listed - even those abreviated or spelt wrongly. Its difficult to search for possible links when not everybody spells a place the same. thanks again Jo

Hi, Try putting in a full name e.g. Susan Cook, then when the list comes up, scroll to the bottom and delete the first name. This should give you all the Cook's there are. As there seem to be many thousand Cook's on the site, you might have to give it a clue, i.e. a date range for example and do it several years at a time. Also, putting in Bar as the place would give you Barnsley or Barnsly etc. Dea

Can anybody tell me how to get to the page on genes reunited that lists surnames in different places, eg 'Cook' in Barnsley, Bnsley, Barnsly. Thanks Jo
