Hello, I haven't been on the site for a while but I'm trying to look at someone's tree, who has given me access, but it only comes up with the immediate family and won't let me look any further back. I can't see the full tree in other words, when I try to click on parents, it won't connect me. Is that how it is now? Or do I have a technical fault? Thanks for your help! Kate

Hi Kate, Go into 'Shared Trees', search the list for the person`s tree you are looking for. On the right hand side or two columns, 'View Tree' and 'View their relations'. Touch view their relations and find the person in the tree you are looking for and then view tree. Hope these instructions are clear. Good luck Elizabeth

I think something wierd is happening, I have a new access to a tree, it comes up as just one name with no parents, siblings or children, yet the narrative says there are 17 people in the tree. Although I can get in by Elizabeth's route.

Thanks everyone, I noticed 'Old Tree Programme' on the left hand side of my homepage - I've managed it now! Many thanks, Kate.
