The Bedfordshire Family History Society has all the parish records for sale on microfiche up to 1812. They are only about £3 per parish. The only problem is that you need to have a reader or take the fiche to a reader (eg in library). Its certainly chaeper than travelling to Bedford! Anne

My 3xgt. grandmother was born in Stotfold, Bedfordshire. Her Name was Mary Croote. Born about 1775. Can't find her on IGI. Just wondered if anyone had access to parish records. Hilary x.
