Member Since: October 2003 Posts: 628 Send Message	hi dont know if im going to explain this right but here goes. on this computer me and my family all have our own user accounts. i can get into mine and so can 2 others, we do not have to sign in with a password. however my son has a password on his and when he puts it in the screen loads but he cant access anything from it. he cant access the internet or anything. dont know why this should happen , anyone any ideas please. desperate now brenda x

Member Since: January 0001 Posts: 0 Send Message	Hi Brenda Not brill on this but, the only thing I can think of that you can do is log on YOUR account. Go to : start/control panel/user accounts and click on that. try deleting the account that wont work, it will ask you if you want to save the files. Remeber where it saves them (write it down). Then after you have deleted the account restart your PC. Log on to your account and go to user accounts again and create a new account. See if that works. Vikki xx - let me know.
