I've just sent an e-mail to Support (see after ***; although the original did have my usual transposed letters here & there!), but wondered if anyone else has had this problem? *** I like the new Family Tree software, but I cannot edit the old 'Place of Birth' box - at all. I cannot correct old entries, nor can I insert new ones - which means I can't add anyone new, I suppose. I tried going in from Explorer instead of Camino (a Mozilla variant) but that only gave my my own personal detail - and no tree access at all: it admitted I have a number of names in the tree - just didn't show any tree. I am having problems all over the place. I loved it at first, but have had to go back to the old one where I know my way around. Deanna |

Same problem. Support told me a couple of days ago there was a problem with Mozilla which they were working on. Strangely, on my desktop I cannot even get into my tree using Explorer, but can using Mozilla but still can't amend, particularly place of birth. But using my laptop with exactly the same configuration I can add/amend using Mozilla without a problem! |

Me too - cannot edit Also, if I accept the 'pop-up' after typing a few letters of the place, then the place name stored on Genes is the same as the letters typed. So, typing 'Wal' may bring up the 'Walsall, Staffordshire' option - if I accept then the place stored is 'Wal' S |
