Once you have installed it and viewed something it is on your computer for next time, no need to do it again.

Hi Diane, Thank you for answering me as just looked at 3 pages on there and they all look like they have a shield over them cant read nothing, then a message came on in middle of picture saying printing in progress. It would not let me get out of page i had to close all my comp down. Have sent them a email regards June Has anybody else had trouble or is it something that i am doing
