Deleting Contacts - Did You Know?

Have managed to gain 12 pages of contacts since joining GR. Gets a bit tricky when you forget the surname of someone who you need to contact re. family tree business. So I thought I would delete the trivia messages (and old look ups Ive done for people) from my In/Out message boxes. After hours of deleting them one by one I go into my contacts list - and lo and behold THEY ARE ALL STILL THERE! Did everyone know that you just have to delete each contact by one little click at the end of the page? And if so - why didnt you tell me? :o((( |

Kim Sorry, but you should have asked! Mind you, I do think this website could make everything - genealogical resources, message boards, contacts and family trees a lot easier to understand. :-) Nell |

It took me ages to work out what was going on with the contacts. Now I just go on a deleting frenzy every once in a while and don't stop 'til it's all empty. |

BOO HOO! (Its just me thats fick then!) Cant face the 12 pages of contacts that are STILL there! Am just going to cry on here instead! UNLESS - There is just one person out there whos dont the same thing as me??????? (Just One Please???????) |

Kim, what do you mean by one little click at the end of the page? Do you mean the delete box? I too have been trying to reduce my contact pages so any help gratefully received |
