Anyone got any thoughts - how do you motivate yourself - I have just returned from two idyllic weeks of holiday - I know I'd found some good leads just before I went away, but I look at my notes now and can't remember a blooming thing. Does anyone else ever have this problem and how do you 'kick start' yourself into family history mode again???????

I try looking at it from another angle, or try another 'branch' (or in my case - twig) I've just come back to my tree after a couple of months sanity break! I've already managed to track down a coiple of rellies (with the incredible help of another member who's looking at the same twig) keep hunting! their out there somewhere!!1 Teri x

I enjoy being on here and have got to a halt in my own tree...so i pop in and out , trying to help others, suddenly what THEY want to know/do/find/ will inspire me. Jess

Thanks for those thoughts, especially Jess, I must admit that's what I usually do when I'm a bit stuck, but today I'm having a bit of a problem getting started at all - but I'll keep plugging away!!!!!!!
