We have tried to register on Ancestry US but they will not accept our bank details. Is there a special way we have to go when registering from England or Scotland?? Deanna |

I have had the same trouble with ancestry myself, i had the 2 week trial about 18 months ago, in january i bought FTM2005 and i want to take out the free 90 trial that comes with it, but everytime i try to pay with my card it tells me it failed, there is nothing wrong with the cards at all and i have emailed Ancestry and have been waiting about a week for a reply. Anyone got any ideas. Belle. |

Thanks for the info Val, one of mine was a visa, but why can't they answer my email and tell me what's wrong, as everytime i enter a different card number i have a warning sign come up to say 'make sure you have entered a the correct card number' and you just can't get rid of this message it's just a vicious circle. this is the sales phone number it is supposed to be toll free but I would say if in the UK that would not apply but I know I rang them a while ago and they answered my query so quickly it did not cost much at all. Toll Free 1-800-262-3787 or not Toll Free 1-801-705-7620 they are there 24 hours a day |
