I've just gone onto Canada's 1911 census. It isn't indexed. I knew my Skillings were in Blenhiem, Oxford, Ontario. I chose a page at venture and blow me down, they're the first name on the page! How jammy is that?

Maybe you should buy a lottery ticket, Brenda - well done! I spent hours trawling through Toronto West looking for my Boyd family but gave up in the end - there's just too many pages to look at, and that presupposes that they were still in the same place as they were in 1901 in any case! They will just have to wait until someone compiles a names index I think. One good thing though, at least the Canadian censuses are FREE ... unlike their British counterparts. Richard
