I have an entry from an 1890s book of Memorials from St Michael's Churchyard for my great & great great grandfathers in 1850s. Does anyone from the area know if there is any likleyhood of the grave stones still being there? Thanks, Cath. |

Can't help specifically but if you google 'St Michael's churchyard Dumfries' there are sites with pictures. nell |

Thankyou both for your replies. I think I've probably seen all the web sites but Irene, I think I must have had a 'senior moment' - I didn't think of emailing the cemetery. I was just so excited at having got the monumental inscriptions. Cath. |
