Has anyone else noticed that the drop down list of counties is the modern administrative county list, rather than the old ancient counties, which included such places as Huntingdonshire, Rutland, Westmoreland etc? I've asked Support to reinstate these lost counties. |

Sussex isn't even on there! What have we done to upset them? Kathleen |

David I imagine they are using modern counties as a standard for people who are searching and won't know where Rutland etc was. Kathleen As the modern counties are used, you will find East Sussex under E and West Sussex under W. Nell |

So where do you put your rellies that were born in counties that no longer exist? ie Rutland, surely they could have included both...there are not that many defunked counties jess reading the opener again- if you did find a rellie born in Rutland and didnt know where it was, where are you going to put them as having been born? |
