1837 took credits even though search free!!!!

	I had some credits left this morning did 6 overseas searches all said FREE yet 1837 took my credits for them have emailed , so be careful if you see FREE check it was and they have not taken any

	yes they often say as they are trying to improve the image some are free it will say so on index of the one you are looking at if its FREE in bold writing

	Hi Valerie I have used the free images + they have been free(so far)! Mind I find 1837 are V. good if you e-mail them. I was ill a while back + my credits ran out..I explained + they refunded them!!

	hi Ann yes I once emailed them to say I had missed the promo as the site was so busy and could not get in they sent me the free extra 20% which I thought was very good , I have emailed them about this should get them back
