PC help needed please

My pc keeps freezing and has to be turned off and restarted every time or it just switches itself off while your using it and restarts.If I try to MaCafee or spybot search and destroy it either freezes right near the end or a message from microsoft comes up saying error report send or don't send.Can anyone please help me it is driving me out of my mind.Denise. |

Hi Denise Was browsing thru the threads and came across yours. Did you get it sorted out? If not then try Judy In The States thread. Follow her instructions from the beginning and then reboot your PC. I will nudge Judy's thread for you. Vikki xx |
