My father in law was a D. Rat in Africa. I sent for his army records for my husband. Cost £25 and took about 4 months to come. They gave the dates he was in Africa but no campains he fought in. I bought a couple of books about the war and found out where he regiment were in WW2. Good luck with your research. Irene

Hi Everyone, My uncle was in the Desert Rats serving in Africa. Does anyone have any idea where to obtain his military records, and what exactly did he do? Regards Trisha
