Hi all Ive tried and tried over and over again to load this for 1837 online but I cant get it, even my partner who is brilliant at loading things on to the computer cannot download this djvu plug in, my computer is windows xp has anyone got any ideas how I can get it? Much appreciated. Yvonne

Have you tried googling it & downloading from there? Have just done a google & there is a site from which you can download it Shirley

Are you sure your firewall or anti virus is not blocking it? I have it downloaded on XP. Ann Glos

Yvonne I had a bit of trouble, but my husband sorted it, so it can be done. Unfortunately he doesn't remember what he did. I think when you've installed it you have to run it -check your list of programmes. nell

Hi all Thanks for all your suggestions, I never thought that the firewall etc could block it, but it has made me think. Ive never done it from Google but will give it a go now.
