Importing family tree

I have imported my tree and have to wait for an email telling me it has been loaded, this was 2 days ago!! Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks Cheryl |

Hi Cheryl I am the same and so are many others. This problem I believe has been going on for over a week. I have e-mailed genesunited and not had any reply, but some have had a reply and they are trying to fix the problem. It is so frustrating I have been waiting four days now. Genesunited should post a message telling people about this problem. I was only updating mine from my main family tree program, if i'd known I would of just added them to the tree on genesunited. I feel like we are just getting ignored at the moment, so I don't know how big this problem is Beverley |

Hi cheryl When I have done a search, the only name that comes up is mine. Can you do a search for Oulton in liverpool and see if any come up with my name next to it. Ther should be about 80 Oultons from Liverpool. Thanks Beverley |
