can anyone help me find a website that tells me anything about the history of my present addess,,,ive tried google and ask jeeves but they gave me nothing usefull,,,please help if u no of any websites that can give me some history of my home,,,,,,thanks so much

Have you tried the National Archives website - I think you can find out who was at a particular address in 1901, but I think you also have to pay for it. The addy is: www(.)nationalarchives(.)gov(.)uk/ (remove the brackets.) Kaye x

Without knowing where your home is, that's impossible. If nothing is showing on google, you can try a2a. Otherwise you could just do address searches for previous years in the electoral roll to see who lived there earlier.
