Sam and some kind souls helped me find Jane Foalster and her children in the 1871 living with a Goddard family. Jane having taken the name Goddard (though she died in 1891 as a Foalster). Can anyone see them in the 1881 please?

Heather I've taken the liberty of unscrambling your message (GR always does this to the first posting in a thread). I've also put them in age order to help. I assume that Jane Goddard was formerly Jane Forster and that the Forster children are hers by a previous marriage? Sorry, Nell, I did mean to do that - brain just not functioning lately. Jane was married to a Richard Foalster who died circa 1862. After a lot of help I found her apparently living with Mr Goddard and having taking his name (but no marriage and she is still Jane Foalster when she died in 1891). The Forster (easily changed from Foalster) kids are hers though it looks like William and Eliza are not her husbands!
