Hi, I am looking for Lily Nash born around 1888 in Clapham, Surrey. Unfortunately this is all I know about her. She lodged with my Great, Great Grandmother Eliza Sandals in 1901 but I believe her to be a relative as I have a postcard to Lily from my Great Great Grandmother who signed it Auntie. (Although this may of been an affectionate term and not neccessarily related.) I am interested who she is living with and am hoping for the names of Beeching or Sandals to be with her. Also I have never been able to find Eliza Sandals (born 1854 Lewes, Sussex) on the 1891 census either. Any help would be much appreciated, best wishes, Carol

There is a Lily Nash born Hackney abt 1887 as a visitor with her family on the 1891 census. Could this be her. I don't think Hackney and Clapham are too far apart. Have saved the image. Kath.

On FreeBMD I found a Lily Ellen Nash born 1889, Fulham which is close to Clapham isn't it? Thanks Linda for the info. The problem is having so little info, I was hoping for a clue with the other occupants in the households but nothings jumped out at me yet. Thanks again, Carol
