ordering a birth certificate??

Hi, I want to rder a birth certificate but there are 2 for the same year same name same place different quarters so not sure which one do I have to order the both of them, that will then cost me £14 is ther a way around this thank you Margaret |

The only real way round is if you know some piece of information about the one you want. You can then do a reference check with the GRO and they will refund £3 for the wrong one. |

Yeah, that should be fine. Just put on that you only want the cert if **** is the mother (mothers are more accurate than fathers). |
