Has anyone read this book? I picked up a copy today at a charity shop for £1.79 but have not read it properly yet. |

Hi Carol I have both The Oxford Guide to Family History and The Oxford Companion to Local and Family History. They are by a guy called David Hey. They were recommended reading on a Family History Course I did through the University of Kent at Canterbury and I used them both extensively for research for my essays. I guess that if the Uni is recommending them they must consider them a valuable resource Dee x |
