I found out that my Grandad and his sister were orphaned so two of his sisters were taken to Dr Barnados and shipped to Canada where they eventually married is it possible to find out any details about this from anywhere thanks If I get any replies I may have gone to bed had a long and exciting day but will definitely be back tomorrow thanks very much

Well perhaps Barnados can provide you with information about WHEN they went to Canada. The Canadian registration system should have the marriages. nell

thanks Helen I will try that I found out so much today from my Uncle but I also found I had been researching the wrong family again so disappointing
