Loading a tree in from Family Tree maker

Have had two or three attempts at loading my family tree in from Family Tree Maker as per instructions on Import/Export Tree. My tree is in excess of 200 persons - I waited patiently on each occassion for it to download - and got the congrats message and wait for my tree to appear. But it has not appeared - anyone help me? |
