Have just got death cert for my 3 x gr Father and find he was killed in a mining accident on the same day, same mine (Barnsley) as my 2 x gr father - is'nt that awful..... But I digress. Under his name Henry Poppleton Is the word (Littleworth) in brackets. What can this mean? I don't think he came from Littleworth, pretty sure he was born in Cudworth. I can't see it being his middle name either. In all other respects both death certs have same information. Anybody got any suggestions? Glynis |

Lib, Death cert states 57 years, which makes birth 1809 ish..... Hang on a minute, just looking up info to relate to you -- have him on 1861 census.. his address is Littleworth Hill. Silly me!!! lol Sorry to have wasted your time. Glynis |
