which district for burial please

hi some of my relatives died in bulkington warwickshire, has anyone any idea which district the death would be registered in please marcie x |

Nuneaton Created 1st July 1837. Mainly in Warwickshire but included parts of Leicestershire. Sub-districts : Nuneaton. GRO volumes : XVI (1837-51); 6d (1852-1930). Arley, Astley, Bulkington, Burton Hastings (from 1896), Caldecote, Chilvers Coton, Nuneaton, Stretton Baskervile (from 1896), Weddington, Wolvey (except 1851-96). Registers now divided between Nuneaton & Bedworth and North Warwickshire districts. Esta |

Hi Marcie, I googled it as it's quicker - just put in the place and registration district and it's usually the first on the list ( I do it all teh time ! ). It actually came from the Genuki website which is a mine of information !! www.genuki.org.uk/contents/ It can be a bit tricky to find your way around but it's a very usuful site. Esta |
