When I tried to access GR this morning I got this message: ''Sorry, The site is temporarily unavailable, cross your fingers and try again later.'' Sounds extraordinarily flippant for a site that is collecting our money (OK, so it's not a huge amount). Where is the ''We apologise for any inconvenience'' etc etc??. Maybe they are the ones who should be crossing thier fingers that we renew our subs when the time comes?? Happy Hunting!! - Sarah |

My reaction was, 'Cheeky b*****s'' they sound pleased that something is wrong - just like the Happy Genes thing. Maybe they need a course in customer relations?? (as opposed to ancestral relations lol!) Sarah |
