I HOPE THIS IS OF SOME USE TO SOME-ONE AS IT WAS TO ME. JUST MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL THE RIGHT INFO TO SEND TO THEM, AND YES YOU CAN PAY BY CHEQUE WICH WAS GOOD FOR ME. LYN.

Lyn I usually get mine from the GRO, but may want this in future, so thanks. Incidentally, there's a list of English & Welsh Register offices here: http://www.genuki.org.uk/big/eng/RegOffice/ nell my Welsh lot are Evans, Jones and Williams, very original!
