Any chance GR might change their error message wording to something less exasperating? Getting an error message really doesn't make me happy. Christine

I wonder what they are doing with all the ''suggestions'' on their ''survey''?? (Filing them in the recycle bin?) The Happy Error was one of the things I mentioned on my numerous survey entries! Maybe they are trying to make us think of Happy Hour so then they can delete all the subsequent pub threads? Sarah

I got the same error message this morning and emailed GR. They did actually reply within a couple of hours, but only with the standard 'We'll pass this on to our technical department' reply. Kath. x

If you go to the General Board, the GR Technical Team have a thread up for you to let them know any problems with the site. Anna

There is actually a thread on the general board at the moment from the Genes technical team. It is asking everyone to report problems on there, so they can sort them out. It seems to have lots of replies!!!!!!!!! Linda
