I have been over on the IGI to see if George Teall bn 1800 Holme on the Wold had any siblings, but noticed that there are a lot of names all with the father of William the same as George....... dates ranging from 1734 to 1805 surely these can't all be the children of William? Sue.................

Think Sam is probably right. You've perhaps got two or even three generations of Williams. Kate :) And if they're anything like my lot they'll all have married women with the name Mary LOL.

There is a William in there (son of Richard) christened 1770, so I guess he would be the father of the later ones, also one christened 1735 (son of William). You're just unlucky that the mother's name isn't given to help sort them out. Kate.
