Christine A tip for your friends searching Louth transcripts. I have found a few on Ancestry where the transcriber has put the Town as St John's which is actually the ecclesiastical parish in Louth, the original image shows it is Louth. Trouble is there is no facility to tell them about mistakes on place names yet. Mandy |
