I have found an Australian address on an old piece of paper of my dads... 10 R R Ferry, Bose 15 Cranbrook, Western Australia. This is what it looks like to me anyway, the writing is quite spidery, does anyone know of it or does it make any sense to anyone? Thanks, Maria :) |

thanks pam, it's a start anyway. This piece of paper i have found has about 14 address's on it, I think most relatives on it are probably dead by now, and even worse, my dad has only written mr & mrs surname as well lol. I do know I relatives in Western Australia as my great uncle moved out there in approx 1924, I even have his army papers from ww2. More investigation needed. thanks, Maria :) |

wow thanks david, not sure where to go next really, i'm hoping to make contact with someone within the next few weeks that may be able to give me more info on relatives. I have 2 names with this address, Cobler and Crane. My dads uncles surename was Noble and I know he lived in Perth. This list of names and address's will hopefully lead me somewhere. Maria :) |

I'm not sure to be honest David. My dads uncle Jack Noble ( John)left the army in 1942, he was approx 50 at the time. He had 3 wives in all and 9 children. Two of his wives names where Sarah and Alice. Some of the childrens names where Conand Margaret. i think margaret's married name could be Cobler or Crane. i don't have anymore info really, I know I need to find our more before I can go any further. Thanks david, Maria |
