ARE VOL & PAGE NUMBERS THE SAME ON BMD AS...

Could anyone tell me if the volume & page numbers are the same on BMD & 1837? I have found a marriage that i want to order a cert for. If i order it from ons can i use the page and volume number from BMD? as i have no credits left on 1837 to check it. Maggie

Yes. The volume and page numbers are from the GRO indexes, which is what the 1837online and Freebmd sites take their info from. nell
